as a manager under the Director for Probation and Restorative Justice Effort, I am responsible for leading a team that develops regulations for Correctional Research (Social Inquiry Reports). Additionally, I provide training for probation and parole officers, correctional assessors, and law enforcers. I also oversee the implementation of the regulations through monitoring, supervision, and evaluation.
